NAI Columbia Continues Leasing Momentum at 7909 Parklane, Securing Keller Williams Preferred as Newest Tenant
Columbia, SC – NAI Columbia is pleased to announce its successful representation of Appian Investments, a real estate fund based in Greenville, South Carolina, in securing the newest tenant at 7909 Parklane Road. Keller Williams Preferred, a residential real estate agency, will occupy ±9,720 SF of office space in the northeast Columbia facility immediately off I-277. Keller Williams Preferred was represented by Orie Brown with KW Commercial.
Appian Investments purchased the four-story, premier Class A office building in December 2023. At the time, 7909 Parklane operated at only 14% occupancy with just one tenant in the building. Since then, Senior Broker and Shareholder Jeff Hein, SIOR, and Brokerage Associates Hope Andrews and Will DuPree have secured a further seven tenants for the building, bringing its occupancy to 64% with the latest addition of Keller Williams Preferred.
