Three Tigers Holdings, LLC, purchased 7434 & 7436 Forest Court for $825,000.

The two office buildings consist of approximately 7,600 square feet of space, with a diverse mix of tenants. With an abundance of parking, proximity to downtown Irmo, easy access to I-26, and visibility from Lake Murray Boulevard (28,300 VPD), this purchase represents a substantial value-add opportunity for the buyer.
